To make sense out of these e-mails you
will no dout wish to go to the bottom of this page and read progressive
emails back to the last email from the attorney generals office that
you find below... Ok?
Thanks...
Dear Mr. Michaelis:
Thank you for contacting the Office of the Attorney General.
Your letter has been forwarded to our Criminal Investigations Division
for review. If any additional assistance is required, CID will
contact
you. You may also wish to continue working with your local
prosecutors,
since the county or district attorney has primary jurisdiction to pursue
alleged violations of the law. These prosecutors are granted
extensive
discretion in determining which cases will be prosecuted and how those
cases will proceed before a grand jury. This agency can assist
local
prosecutors in criminal matters with their consent.
You may also wish to discuss this matter with a private attorney.
The
Lawyer Referral Service of the State Bar of Texas can assist you in
contacting an attorney in Texas with relevant expertise. The
Lawyer
Referral Service can be reached at (800) 252-9690.
Again, thank you for writing.

Dear Greg,
The details of what I wish to convey to you are a matter of public
records
so I will not go into those details because if you investigate what I
am
going to tell you the records will speak for themselves. So here is a
general description of the facts of this case. I Fred L Michaelis gave
Jorita Hagins money to buy a house in Abilene Texas located at 701
Poplar
St. It was a gift because of the help she had been to me in
straightening
out a probate situation in which I was the beneficiary and various
people
were trying to cheat me out of my inheritance.
Jorita is not an attorney but she has considerable experience as a
criminal.
She dropped a lot of pappier on officials while she was in the
penitentiary
That's another story. At one point in our relationship she was in need
of
funds. I decided to use my influence with an Antigua corporation to get
her
a loan of $25,000.00 This was done through a company that I am the
director
of. . I made her sign and notarize a note to Zauction Offshore Inc. for
that
amount She pledged the house to them that I Zauction Offshore Inc. gave
her
the money for in that note, on my recommendation A copy of the note
along
with notice of lien is filed at the courthouse in Abilene Texas. Jorita
sold
the house twice according to the Taylor County tax assessors office
records
without paying off the note. She offered to sign over a note that she
was
issued from the person that is presently buying the house that I gave
her,
but then she listened to an Abilene lawyer by the name of Bill Fisher
and
didn't go through with what she promised.
Taylor County Tax records will show that actually sold the house twice
and
never offered to pay the note either time. In fact, I do not believe
that
either person she sold it to was aware of what was against the house.
I
attempted to send a copy of notice of lien to the buyer but the letter
came
back saying that the house was vacant and the letter could not be
delivered.
Someone is at present remodeling the house and the house is now worth
about
2 times what was originally paid for the house. So we have this
situation...
I have not be paid or even consulted about the two sales of the house.
It is
my belief that the new owner which I do not know how to contact, is
not
aware that there is a notice of lien against the house and that it
should
not be able to be sold until this is solved. If Jorita failed to
divulge
the
information about the note to the new buyer, I can not call this
anything
other than Fraud or her part. Not only this, Jorita took the money she
got
from the sales and went into partners with her son using a bogus name,
on
another house.
So here is the action that I have taken. I reported what I have
conveyed the
details of this situation to the Texas Parole board and to the
Governors
office just in case it took that to get the Parole boards interest.
That got
me a letter from the Governors office and several e-mails from the
Parole
board saying that the information that I had given the Parole board
would be
made a permanent part of Jorita's record, but in the Parole office were
not
going to violate her parole unless I filed charges on Jorita. I ask how
to
do that and they said to contact the criminal division of the Taylor
County
courthouse.. I did and they told me that they were not the ones to
contact,
I should contact the Abilene Police Dept. I did and they told me that
they
were not the ones to contact I should contact the DA's office. I did
and
they thought I should hire a lawyer... So the bottom line is the
system
doesn't work for citizens, it only works for lawyers? We have a
government
of the Lawyers, by the Lawyers and for the Lawyers? I don't think so...
I am
going to send a copy of this to the governors office... The governors
office
already claims that he doesn't have any power to make the various
faction of
beurocracy work.
So now I come to you Attorney Generals office of the State of Texas...
What
are you going to do. Are you going to make the Abilene Police
Department Do
it's job and arrest Jorita Hagins for ripping me off, not so mention
the
fraud she has committed to the buyers of the house. Are you going to
make
the DA's office aid me in filing charges against Jorita? Are you going
to
contact the Parole Board and tell them Jorita is ripping people off you
have
to revolk her parole? Are you just going to sit there and draw your
Salary
like the other Hippocrates are doing and send me back some placating
letter
saying that this is none of your affair and that I should consult some
other
plutocracy or a lawyer? The ball is in your court so what if anything
are
you going to do to get government to work? If the answer is nothing
then why
am I paying taxes on products I buy in Texas? Please go to work on this
and
earn your money... I am going to post this on the Internet and refer to
in
when I contact the governor Because the governor doesn't give much
space to
explain things on his web-site. Ok? Have a great day, yours truly, Fred
