I am told by the Texas Parole Board that the information that I gave
them concerning the e-mail correspondence will be made a permanent part
of the record of the Parole of Jorita Hagins 388795 .
While this might be solace to some, it leaves me a bit wanting. I
would like to hear that some action was being taken.... not that the
information was going to be in a folder in some government
office. If I am wrong and this is not Beuorcaies way of saying ho
hum, then my apology to the Parole Board. I hope to be able to
add to this page shortly with, and this is the action that was taken in
regards to the information provided here in. Instead as of now
the last e-mail from the parole board read as follows:

This is the 6th correspondence that was directed to the Police
chief in Abilene Texas
as the result of the advise of the Abilene Parole
Office.

Your concerns about Ms. HAGINS buying
and selling a piece of real estate (a house) are legal issues. I
am not an attorney and am not qualified to address any type of
legal
issue such as this. I cannot give you legal advice. I
encourage
to you to seek legal counsel about the issues you have brought forth.
If
HAGINS has done something illegal and charges are filed at the
courthouse,
the Abilene District Parole Office can file a Violation Report at that
time.

Dear Manilyn,
Considering that I bought Jorita a House, or at least gave her the
money to
buy it, and later loaned her 25,000.00 on the house I paid for, and then
she
sold it twice with-out telling me, or paying the note off, and has also
recently hired an Abilene attorney by the name of Fisher who's main
concern
is to collect his legal fees from me representing Jorita, in
contesting
our
divorce that she didn't bring anything financial into, I would say that
it
is the least I could do. Be sure to tell her case worker that if
she needs
any more information to call me at 512 772 2817. Jorita told me
in private
that if she ever decided to run off she planned to use the Merti Marie
Watts
as her fake name... I guess she forgot she told me that when she bought
part
interest into the house that she partnered with her son on. My
guess is
that she might have done this just to hide the part ownership of the
house
from me because of the community property she would have to divide in
the
divorce, but I could be wrong... You might want to question her about
other
transactions that she could have been active in using bogus
names. I am a
little angry with her as you might guess... I do not wish to stay that
way... I just wish you could impress upon her that her actions toward me
have been very improper... I am very forgiving, but feel that she needs
a
bit of restitution towards me... I would consider it a personal favor if
you
could somehow convey that to her or have her case worker to do so....

you, do you believe it lawful to sell property that has been pledged as

of action
condoned by your Abilene Office or did you not know these details?
