Yes, I have a complaint,

A while back you were supposed to have investigated the situation that
involved two elderly people... The people were Billie Sol Estes, and
Doris Brookover Estes who is Sol's wife... Pam Estes Padgett, was
assigned as Guardian... I ask the Medical Examiner to investigate the
possibility that their doctor who is the husband of Pam Estes Padgett
was over medicating them... Sol wasn't speaking his words right over
the phone when we talked... It sounded if he was being drugged... Ok?
Well the Medical Examiner Board investigated the wrong Larry Padgett.
They investigated the Son, and not the father, Larry Padgett... Both
are doctors. Meanwhile Sol and Doris managed to ex cape and come to
Cedar Park where Sol's good daughter lives... He started going to a
different doctor who took him off of all the heavy drugs that Larry
had him on.... He lost 65 pounds and he and Doris went to an impartial
Physicritist, a doctor Brown, and was pronounced sane and able to fend
for themselves without a guardianship... A friend of Sol's has filed a
law suite against the Guardian, as friend of the Court... the problem
is, Pam and Larry are very influential in Grandbury Texas where this
is taking place.  It is my understanding that they have influence over
this agency as well as Judge Rash... When your agency looked in on Sol
and Doris' situation, you sided in with Pam saying that Sol and Doris
needs to be in a rest home... You didn't bother to find out that this
situation is not about Sol and Doris, it is instead about the control
of a lot of money... According to the new honest doctors the drugs Dr.
Larry was prescribing  wasn't about helping them to recover their
health, it was about keeping them drugged so that Pam could control
the money from the Oil Leases... A long time friend of Sol's Gayland
Ross has taken it upon his self to file a law suite to get Sol and
Doris out from under Pam's control... I believe the plan is as Sol
wished, to get Doris off first and then he will ask Gayland to file
another suite if they fail to automatically release him also... The
reason the Governor will be calling on you is to find out why you
didn't investigate this thoroughly when you were first contacted... I
would think that they will be asking you questions like why did you
not check on both the medicine and the financial aspect of this
situation?  What undue influence does have with your agency?  What
will we need to do to turn your agency around and make you interested
in doing your Job?  I will post your reply on the

Governor does or doesn't do... National News agencies have been put on
alert also so we will see what they will or will not report... Anyway
the website has tremendous traffic so it doesn't really matter what
they do or don't do...
