Now Then!

I can't tell you about now, unless I explain a bit about then... Now, Then let me begin I do not wish to dwell on the past... but for those of you who are young, let me explain that Billie Sol Estes Was once one of the wealthiest people on Planet Earth... That was Then... Now... he is still rich, but he can't touch it. Why? Did the government take it all away from him? Yes, but that was then.... If you know how to make money and have a talent for making it you could be put out on the street naked and broke and before you went a block, you would have a suite of cloths and some prospects for a new business. Maybe as a nudist camp or something. Sol has that talent but the person that he would have least expected to turn on him was his oldest daughter. Her husband also was complicit in this plot. Larry is a doctor that has the ability to prescribe abundance of drugs...

And that is what happened... He did prescribe them for Sol. and Sol trusted him and took the drugs... I called sol a while back and heard him slurring his words... Not from drinking but from the drugs that Larry prescribed for Sol in abundance.

Now I don't believe anyone is all good or all bad... I believe that Pam and Larry may have been trying to help Sol at first but after they found out how much oil leases the old fellow had tied up... greed may have set in. Mind you, I may not have this story all right... I am sure Pam and Larry have their own story. I try to let everyone tell their own story... It is just that Sol has been in my life now for over 30 years and I consider him a friend... If someone is about to kill him, even if it is accidental, I am going to stand up and try to prevent it... Ok? So Pam, and Larry, what ever your intention were, I know that mine were good. I hope yours were also...

Sol and Doris had to escape to the Austin Area... Cedar Park to be exact, or the medicen that Larry was giving Sol might have killed him. Sol had been sick and Larry had acted as his doctor. Pam used Sol's in ability to become Sol's Guardian... Sol, and Sol's wife escaped and came to live with Dawn Stevens in Cedar Park Texas just outside of Austin. We connected soon after Sol's arrive and I endeavored to get Sol an Attorney, and a Psychiatrist This was not because I was worried about his mental health.. It was because I was worried about his Legal Health... When you have a Guardian, you become a non person. Your word or signature becomes nul and void. You become the prisoner of who ever your guardian is. That is what happened to Sol...

Jorita Hagins is a woman that I married a while back... Like a lot of things I have done in this life, it didn't work out very well. At one point she saw it necessary to nag me out of the door and I can to live on a piece of property near Austin also. Me and my 6 dogs live on a creak near Cedar Park Texas where Sol's daughter Dawn lives.

I noticed that Jorita didn't do too well with money.. If I gave it to her, she spent it... There was always an explanation of why it was necessary to spend it so quickly... It was that we needed so much... Well there came a time that Jorita was in need of 25 thousand dollars and I was in a position as power of attorney for an offshore corporation that allowed me to arrange a loan for her from the company. I made her put up a house that I had gave her the money to buy earlier. Like always before, the money went quickly but I figured that she really didn't need the house... If she couldn't pay me back, I would have the house that she pledged as collateral and I could recoup some of my loss from the sale of the house... I never bothered filing the note, because I trusted her at the time. After all, I did marry her, you don't do that without a bit of trust...

Now Jorita has a past that wasn't all that spotless... I don't judge that in anyone, it is how they relate to me that counts... Or at least that was my thinking at that time. I might become a bit more judgmental after my experience with Jorita... Jorita sold the house twice with out paying my company back a dime. Not only that, but because she knew that Sol and I were friends, and that Dawn and I were trying to help Sol and Doris, out of their awkward situation with Pam, she teamed up with Pam trying to hurt Dawn's lively hood... Dawn is a Dental Technician and makes good money... Jorita wrote the Texas Dental Hygiene department and tried to tell them that Dawn was a criminal and that they should remove her license She admitted that Pam put her up to it... Dawn confronted the situation by contacting Jorita's Parole Officer and telling her about the incident that Jorita tried to pull. Pam wanted to hurt Dawn for helping there dad and Doris get out of his despert situation with Pam as their guardian and Larry as Sol and Doris over medicating doctor. Now I am sure that I can add details to this story later, but in a nutshell that is it. What I would like to do is start a partition to free Sol and Doris from the guardianship that Pam is holding over them... This will be sent to the Judge so that hopefully he will do the right thing...
